December really is a great month. really busy, but still fun.
It is slowly getting colder over here yeah. this winter is definitely lining up to be a fun one, looking forward to it. and I don't know if I'll ever live here again. I might come back in some winters to enjoy the winter side of this place, but I don't know about living here.
Looking forward to it (meaning the Christmas Skype call). Odd that it the second to last call with you all. I'll find out in the next few weeks when is open for calls. I'll let you know then.
So my new companion is Elder Miller, he's from Vegas and is same transfer as me. He has served most of his mission in a portuguese/spanish speaking area, Over here we're trying to help a lot of the foreigners that live here still feel like part of the church, even if they can't understand the Japanese. So because of this, in the next few weeks, we will have a Latin FHE activity. Time to learn at least a bit of those languages. Not looking forward to
This morning we did some potato harvesting for an older family in the ward. They own the field, just haven't been able to harvest their taters. They gave us a bunch as thanks. One the the missionaries we did it with is from Boise, so we all kept harassing him about what to do with potatos. (on that note, ask Mum what the proper potato harvesting method is)
anyway, that's all for now, bu-bye
